I really was disappointed with quite a few of the performances on BET Celebration of Gospel. What happened to the annointing with exception to Marvin Sapp. Kirk and the mini skirt dancers really threw me off as the opening act. Kirk I know you want to reach the world, but you can't reach them if there is no annointing. Its the only thing that can make the difference. Otherwise your music just will be something for them to listen to. Not life changing.

wow i want to see this new kirk franklin what song is it
i dont agree, I think has a stronger annointed than ever when he performs. I think he's trying to get our of "sel" and focus more on his singers and maybe they are the ones who came up with that idea. Remember sometimes as a performer you dont know everything going on w/ that many people, that many spirits but I dont think its Kirk at all

I didn't see the performance, but I can see where you are coming from. I always wondered if someone would ask that question, because when I look at the (NEW) Kirk Franklin and performances, I don't feel anything. It just look like a regular rap video. That's not how God intended for his GOSPEL to be delivered!
