I know I'm late but I am west indian and even I have trouble knowing what he's saying but it was basically a hype to tell everyone to get up and "raise the roof" if u may. Lifting of hands etc to give God respect.

Umm im not too sure what hes saying there either, mainly speaking in jamaican dialect. my youth group did a dance to that too. but at that part we stood as soldiers...its up to ya!
