Hi you may or may not read this message, but if you do, it is from the heart of an 62 year old women, my mother who gave birth to a child in the 60s who the doctors told her she lost, they didn't let her see the baby or give her a death certified we believe that baby is you, she has been to two of your concerts, last year willow creek and this year as well you kissed her hand and she felt something, please contact me to get more information on this issue. I just wanted to thank you for you Hello Fear! I purchased the album from ITunes a couple of months ago but I only listened to 3 songs on the album… Smile, God Like You, & Today. I have been battling with the things that are going on in my life & I have used the word FEAR so many times throughout the past few months & never realized until this moment when I decided to listen to the song “Hello Fear” that fear was my spiritual set back. I constantly pray that God speaks to me in a way that I can hear Him & gives me the wisdom to know that it’s Him speaking to me. Today He used you! Today I wrote my own letter to fear telling him good-bye. I have nurtured & loved him & he has had total control of my life for far too long & today is the day that I say farewell to him. So I wanted to say thank you for allowing God to use you to speak to me!

What's up Kirk? My name is Termica Harris, residing in Birmingham, AL. MAAAANNNNNN, thanks for putting on a good show for us here November 9, 2011 at the Fair Park Arena. You are such a wonderful person and so hilarious! I was surprised that it wasn't a packed show but it was good anyway. So that shows us their are alot of lost souls out there! There were so many young kids there and it was just a blessing. I enjoyed every minute and every hour. I was so happy to see Blacks and Whites and whatever else in the same building. P.S. Even Nino Brown and his white lady came to the show. You had us crying laughing!
I stood up the entire show dancing and praising GOD. I hate it for those who don't listen to God's angel because you have the most uplifting voice there is. You've got that voice with a message like the late great Tupac that will make you want to listen. I was talking with some fellow church friends and they were like I don't like Kirk because he aint no singer. I was like oh well then you're missing out because a message doesn't have to be relayed just by singing. I pray for those who are ignorant when it comes to the word. I have served in both Iraq (15 months) and Afghanistan (12 Months) within a 3 year period. It was during my first tour that I was turned on to your music by a good friend of mine and I can honestly say that the song Looking For You was a huge wake up because in the short amount of time I spent there I saw the hatred and what mankind was capable and I was in a dark place for a long time and when I discovered your music it gave me the inspiration to stand up and drive on not for myself but for the good of mankind which in turned inspired my unit to be the best we can. We brought peace to the small area we operated it and we honestly believe that you and your words gave us the strength to drive on even when several of our brothers were lost along the way but they are never truely forgotten. I want to start an Annual Christian Concert (ACC) for my church and I'm sooo excited to tell my Pastor about my idea!! I feel as if I have everything planned, but there is one thing missing..ENTERTAINMENT!! I have wanted to become a famous singer since I was..uhmm i cant even remember when. I LOVEE singing and I'm not ever scared of the stage. I was hoping I could have atleast two famous Gospel singers come to our 1st Annual Christian Concert (ACC) and it would be a wonderful blessing if you could be one! Kirk, you are such a great inspiration to me and other teens in the world trying to stay in touch with our faith! Im 15 years old, a sophmore in HighSchool, and I've had plenty of ups and downs and I know I'm not anywhere near thru. I want to help other teens and younger kids know that its a Life Lesson to stay in touch with your faith and GOD and that all music isnt secular. Dear Mr. Franklin,
On June 26, 2011 in the Helmand Region of Afghanistan my son-in-law was killed. He was Explosive Ordinance Disposal Tech Sargent Daniel L. Douville. He was 33 years old. He leaves to morn his wife, my daughter, LaShana Douville and my grandchildren Jadelynn 14, Ayjah, 12 and Daniel 'Deuce' Douville 9. We laid Daniel to rest on July 9, 2011 in Gretna, Louisiana. At his funeral the family, including his wife, sang, "I SMILE." I just wanted you to know that Daniel was someone who always smiled. It is as though you wrote this song personally for him. The words of this song brought healing to us, our friends and family and to all who attended the service. Everyone was amazed at the strength the family had just because of your song. "I Smile" has became the ringtone for many of our family members and friends. The following week after the funeral, Eglin Air Force Base held a memorial on base and at the memorial they played "I Smile". Everyone in the audience stood up and clapped and swayed to the sound of the music while singing the words to "I SMILE." Thank you. Thank you for letting God use you to create a song that would heal a broken heart. This song has brought healing to so many people who told us that they had never been to a service like the one we had for Daniel and they will never be the same again. Although death can be sad God used "I Smile" and turned it into a celebration of Daniel's life. The Holy Spirit took hold of the service and never let go and through this song It brought many people to Christ that day. Our family will forever miss Daniel but we know that he is with God and one day we will see him again.Thank you again and keep preaching the word in song and one day a crown of righteousness will be rewarded to you.

When sorrows atrocities are burned into our brains
And visualizing the moments bring us so much pain
And on the square we're allotted, its difficult to remain.
Cause life makes us feel like the weakest link inthe chain,
We feel like breaking and snapping literally going insane.
With no salvation for shelter we're beaten by hellish rain
And psychologically our emotions are to complex to explain
And we feel our very existence is meaningless and in vain.
Like our lives are a wash and on its way donwn the drain,
And we're headed for destruction like a runaway train.
Even when the sun is shining we find reason to complain,
but if we can give our lives to GOD and from suicide refrain.
GOD can turn everything we consider a loss into "A Gain."

First off, thank you for your dedication to God and this generation. We need more people like you on the front lines. I write to you on behalf of another Soldier of the Lord. My friend, mentor, "big brother" and role model is a HUGE fan of yours. He buys EVERY album that you have ever put out and passes them out to everyone that he sees. His life is a reflection of his relationship with God in EVERYTHING that he does. He has dedicated his life to children and their education and advancement spending every waking moment ( of which he has many) growing and helping them. He is an inspiration to so many people.
A few years ago, Satan attacked him and his family with multiple physical battles. His mother contracted and beat breast cancer, then was told that she had brain cancer shortly after. They are still waiting on results from tests to determine the outcome of that situation. Through all of his trials he keeps the faith unlike anyone I have ever seen. So, my reason for writing? I need a favor.....
As he prepares to check into the Mayo clinic, any sort of boost in morale could be nothing but beneficial. Did I mention that he is a musician himself? Hearing from or receiving a letter from or even meeting you would be the best thing that I could imagine for him. He has given so much to me and invested so much into my life that the least I can do is reach out to you in this way on his behalf.
If nothing else, I would ask anyone who reads this to pray for him. Pray for his healing, pray for his mind and pray for the pain to subside in his wound.

I am the president of my high schools "25th Grand Reunion". It has been a a big task to get a few to be involved. But, with the help of my commitee we have plannned a great three day reunion. This has a been a task. And I am the most hated man in the class because I left alot of broken hearts. But, they are all married. I met him here in Atlanta, Ga. with my granddaughter who is also a fan and at the time he was here to do a gospel fest at 6 Flags over Ga. and he brought my granddaughter on stage to perform with him, she was only 4 at the time but God had already blessed her with a voice to sing to His Glory, but she would not utter a sound, this was in 1995, since then the Lord has blessed her to sing and play instuments and travel quit a bit. Well, First of all, my name is Michele, and I really admire your songs, specially coz they talk about our Jesus, our Savior, well, I sing in a choir called Adonai, That in English means " My lond ", we are from a church called 1º Igreja Batista em Vila da Penha ( 1 baptist church in Vila da Penha ), Our Prist is Mr. Ferreira ( Sebastião Ferreira ) and our music minister is Danielle, this choir has at least 70 singers, we once a year travel to a different state to talk about Jesus through our songs, and we travel on our own, with our own money, we fell deep into our heart that we have to do it, we are a missionairy choir and we love doing it, we spend 7 or 8 months paying our trip that includes, hotel and transportation, the food generally is given by a the church that we are going to sing, we sing in squares, parks, shoppings, wherever God send us to.
Well, I was thinking, and nobody know this year is our 30th anniversary and we are preparing a big celebration, we unfortunately dont have money to invite you to sing with us it would be an honor, but I was thinking if it would be possible if you could record a small video, with 30 seconds, no metter how much time, like, we sing hosana and my life is in your hands that is yours, maybe you could sing a small part of one of this songs and tell us something, I don't know how to say but, It would be a big surprise for them, I was going to send you this before, but i didnt know how, and if you would answer me, but if it is not possible, could be a letter, or something. Hi, i know that this administration has stacks of letters and emails asking kirk franklin to listen to their music but i so i just pray god will give me wisdom and he will read my letter!!!. My brother in law is a Christian rapper and right now he is unemployed and has been looking for job after job to provide for his family. It's like a roller coaster but he still has faith in god because he knows god will light his path in the darkest tunnels and even though he is unemployed it seems as if god has his hand upon his shoulder telling him everything will be all right. He makes some of the best rap's i have ever heard besides yours and i am always praying for my sisters family that everything will be alright. If you listen to some of the raps he has recorded and written i promise you will be inspired I am always blessed by your music and i pray that god will bless you today and always.
